We have commissioned a full-building wrap-around mural to cover our office premises by Mark Ervine, legendary cross community mural artist

Mark and the piece featured in the Financial Times last weekend. The finished work will feature various Newtownards landmarks and famous personalities, such as Paddy “Blair” Mayne, Eddie Irvine, the Ards TT, Scrabo Tower, the historic Ards Maltings Building, a depiction of the looming machines found in mid-19th century local front rooms and a Cessna plane. The proliferation of roses is a nod to the world-famous Dickson Nurseries. The centre-piece features Lady Justice holding scales, upon which rest two depictions of Rodin’s “The Thinker” sculpture, facing off in apparent conflict, and reflects our reputation as specialists in dispute resolution.

We hope this ambitious piece will prove to become a landmark in the town for locals and tourists alike.
